Dr Chris Koulos
With nearly three decades of experience, Dr Chris Koulos has made a transition from Family Medicine to a focus on aesthetics and weight management. He is deeply passionate about aesthetic medicine and opened the doors of Burnside Cosmetic in June 2015.
Embodying a practice philosophy that emphasises minimally invasive procedures, Dr Koulos provides a comprehensive range of services, including cosmetic medical treatments, skin cancer checks and surgery, and various laser treatments for pigmentation, rosacea, acne and spider vein removal, as well as tattoo removal. He also specialises in non-invasive fat reduction and cellulite treatments.
Dr Koulos is known for his attention to detail and for maintaining a close working relationship with his clients. He ensures that all treatments are preceded by a thorough consultation, with follow-up appointments provided after treatment.

Claire brings a wealth of experience in Pharmaceutical and Medical Sales to Burnside Cosmetic. With over 20 years of national experience as a Medical Sales Representative for medical and dermatological companies, Claire's background contributes to the clinic. She is driven by her desire to work alongside Dr Chris and build something they love together.
As a mother of two adult children, a step-mother to two, and a pet parent to three rescue fur babies, Claire brings life experience alongside her academic background to support her clients. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology (1990) and an Honours Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (1992) from The University of Adelaide. She continually pursues self-development, and recently completed her Diploma of Nursing from YourLife Health & Learning Inc (2018), further building on her clinical knowledge.
Claire's focus is on providing clients with personalised care and attention at Burnside Cosmetic. She is a Dermal Therapist, Aesthetician and Laser Technician.
The combination of a doctor and nurse team means patients receive continuous medical supervision, with Dr Chris and Claire's attention to detail shaping the client experience at Burnside Cosmetic.
